We provide a call out service supporting residential property managers and agents.

We cover everyday maintenance needs – plumbing , electrical , gas certificates etc.

This is service for agents who are acting on behalf of their clients. We will send the report and invoice once the job is done to to the agents who are are then able to pass charges on to their client on terms they have previously agreed. We would hope to be onsite within 4 hours if the matter is urgent.
