PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Our Planned and Preventative Maintenance teams work with clients throughout London, Greater London and The South East of England to ensure we put in place an effective maintenance schedule, including gutter cleaning, drainage clearance and groundworks, giving confidence that the fabric and infra-structure of the site are being maintained in good order, minimising unexpected problems.
We start with a free-of-charge initial site survey to identify essential ongoing maintenance.
We will agree a service package, which typically may include:
surface water drains
petrol interceptors
fall arrest system certification
roof level guttering
building fabric
lighting
barrier servicing
electrical
heating
ventilation and air conditioning
pigeon and pest control
eye bolt certification
toilet waste systems
fire alarm testing and maintenance
